Different Study Options

We have two different ways of studying with us. We pride ourselves on flexibility and fitting in with your needs. The first option is to study completely at your own pace. The second is to join a term time class and complete modules within specified timelines. Whichever you choose you receive the same course material and are part of the Sano Community. We offer the ‘Fastrack Course’ option because some people work better with deadlines and would like to have a set date for graduation. The choice is yours.

Flexi

If you chose to study at your own pace with no deadlines you have full flexibility to complete each module within your own timeframe. Some students graduate within 6 months and others take 18 months depending upon their own personal schedules. When you complete a module assignment we mark and return it to you within 2 weeks after which you are able to continue studying the next module.

Fastrack

When you join the Fastrack Course you are given deadlines to submit your assignments. Once submitted your assignment will be marked within 72 hrs. You also have a dedicated fastrack student support channel to help you with any queries you may have. Along with all our students you become part of the Sano Community and are able to join the Facebook Student Group.

Our students spend on average between 4 and 6 days per module including recipe creation time in the kitchen. The time spent is dependant on prior knowledge of the science of the body and experience in the kitchen.

As soon as you enrol for the Fastrack course you have full access to the Introduction containing the Student Study Guide and the first module, Diabetes & Metabolic Syndrome . You are able to start studying and prepare yourself before term begins!

You will also be able to join the Student Facebook group and network with other students around the world. For students based in London regular student coffee meet ups occur where students support each other.

As a 100% online course, you can study whenever and wherever and fit this course in with your life.
